FINDING INSPIRATION IN ROWING
We work with young people of all abilities from 5 – 19 years of age and proud to be a member of London Youth. We also pride ourselves in getting senior populations into indoor rowing and have a vibrant group of Ageless Teenagers (Seniors). We cater for adults as rowing undoubtedly is for everyone!
Our goal is to get all groups from youth to seniors into sporting activities for life, and to help them recognise and achieve their personal bests.

The UK's 1st Gladiator Champion is a former 400m/800m runner he is passionate about sport and exercise for all.
Check out one of the sessions he runs for children 5 - 12 year olds.

Weininger Irwin
I am the UK's first Gladiator Champion and a former 800m runner. I got my introduction into indoor rowing in my late 30’s. I was invited to one of the top rowing clubs (Upper Thames Rowing Club) in the UK as a result of producing a time that was recognised by a former world champion.
